Rogue Heroes?
Rogue Heroes, an adventure group where like-minded people come together to enjoy each other’s company and engage in a calendar full of exciting events and challenges.Rogue Heroes is about giving it a crack. There’s no pressure to be involved in every event. Our group is designed to get you out of the house and experiencing life to the fullest.Build lasting friendships, try exciting things and create unforgettable memories.

Free shot of whiskey afterwards to warm you up!When: 10:00am Sunday 23rd June 2024Where: Meet at 9:45am at Scarborough ClocktowerWho: Bring your mates, wives, girlfriends, kids and anyone else.How Much: Make a donation to the Gut Foundation. I don't care how much, but please donate something.
Theatre Night Thursday
Time for a bit of culture!Something Rotten. Reviews look awesome – so will be a fun night.When: Show starts at Thursday 11th July @ 7:30 PM but I suggest we get there at 6:00PM to grab some pizza and wine before the show.Where: Court Theatre, 36 Clarence Street South, AddingtonWho: Bring your wives, girlfriends, kids and anyone else.How Much: Adult: $79, Child under 18: $40
Canterbury Adventure Race
Consists of a mountain bike, run and orienteering.Three options – 3hour, 6hour or 9hour.When: Saturday 24th August 2024Where: The location of this event changes each year and will be kept secret until 1 week before the event (but it will be within 1 hour of Christchurch).How Much: Cost is between $85 - $140 per person depending on the race you choose.Teams of 4 and you’ll need your own mountain bike.Expect it to be cold, wet and tough, but rewarding.
Scottish Golf Day
A great day out at Clearwater raising money for the Canterbury Caledonian Society.Extra points for wearing a kilt!Extra, extra points for no underwear!!When: August/SeptemberDates and entry details to be confirmed soon.
Surströmming Stinky Fish Challenge
Yep - this is possible the toughest challenge on the calendar. Surstromming is fermented fish which causes 95% of people to vomit immediately. And Rogue Heroes has just received a can of the stuff.When: September - date TBC
Why: To see who's tough.
2025 Trip - tuk-tuk tour of sri lanka
This will be the trip of a lifetime! 10 days touring Sri Lanka on a self-drive tuk-tuk. flights, 5 star accommodation and food included.Cost: Budget $5,000-$6,000 all up
When: March 2025. $500 deposit will be required by September.

Mid Winter Swim
The first Rogue Heroes event was an initiation.A mid winter swim, followed by a shot of whiskey and some coffee.We also raised money for Gut Foundation.

Sri Lanka tuk-tuk tour
what's included
The amazing Ron Montgomery from Spirit of Travel has put a fantastic package together for Rogue Heroes for March 2025.The cost will likely be between $5,000 and $6,000 which includes:
- Flights from Christchurch
- Accommodation for 9 nights 10 days in 5 star hotels (twin share).
- Airport transfers luxury air-conditioned vehicle.
- Self-drive Tuk Tuk’s (2 each in Tuk) every second day of the tour. With support vehicle.
